Andresa Bicudo

Nice to meet you, I am Desa! I was born and raised in São José do Rio Preto, in the countryside of São Paulo, and moved to the capital to study Computer Engineering at Insper. During college, I founded a marketing agency, which was a very transformative experience, especially because I met incredible people along the way. After a few years, I realized I wanted to work across different areas of innovation and learn deeply from those who are shaping the economy. Venture Capital then became the natural path for me, bringing together my background as an entrepreneur, engineer, and marketer. I believe that, above all, it is about who you build with. After years of admiring the Astella team, I also came to see that this is the ideal environment to drive that kind of transformation. It is a great pleasure to be part of the Investor Relations team, alongside truly exceptional people. In my free time, I am also a dancer and a big enthusiast of music, musicals, art, and storytelling in different formats.
